1. When can I get the price? 
We usually quote within 12 hours after getting your inquiry. If you are urgent to get the price, please call us or send your email address so we can handle your inquiry priority.
2. How long can I expect to get the samples? What about the lead time for mass production?
After you send us confirmed files, the samples will be ready in 2-5 days. The samples will be sent to you via express and arrive in 3-7 days. Honestly, it depends on the order quantity and your requirements of the order. Generally 20-25 days.

Yes, we have a professional team having rich experience in design our products. You can tell us the ideas, we will help to carry out your idea into perfect boxes. 
4. Could I use my LOGO or design on the products?
Yes, customized logo and design in sampling and mass production are available.
5. How can I confirm the quality of the products that I want?
We will make samples and send to you to confirm first; welcome to visit our factory and QC the products.
6. What is your terms of delivery?
We accept EXW, FOB, CIF, and etc. You can choose the one which is the most convenient or cost effective for you.
