What is Bamboo Charcoal?
Bamboos were cut into small pieces, air dried, and put into a 850 degrees Centigrade vaccum furnace for three weeks.
Why the color is white?
We use self assembly method which let the silica binding on the surface of charcoal. This is the reason why the color of bamboo is white. So the fabric can be dyed in any colors.

Q2: What is your delivery time?
Bulk order >> 30-45 days.

Q3: Any free sample can be provided? How much is sample charge?
We can provide sample swatches and samples fabric (in stock) under 3 yards free (Freight collect).
Q4: Can it be returned the goods if we found the defective goods?
To assure good quality, we have full inspection before shipping, we only ship goods, after your confirmation with the shipping sample. Therefore, we don't ship defective goods. However, if you still receive any defective goods, we will solve the problem or compensate for our customers.
