Magnesium Oxide Board (MgO) is a Thermal& Acoustic insulation and also Fire Proof building material. It is considered as a new generation Building material. It has applications in wall and Ceiling linings, Exterior cladding, Fascia’s, Soffits, tile backing and flooring underlay. It is non-combustible and can achieve fire ratings as high as 3 hours given the correct installation.

Calcium Silicate is considered and widely used/accepted as good alternative to Asbestos for high temperature insulation in process industries. Variety of other industries for their high temp. pipe insulation and also for equipment insulation they prefer Calcium Silicate.
