Description

Carefully selected and gently dried to ensure that these prunes retain all of their flavour and goodness. Prunes are very high in soluble fibre and sorbitol which acts as a natural laxative and are therefore beneficial to digestion in general. Delicious as a snack but also great soaked, blended and added to baked goods for a moist and naturally sweet finish.
