1. Q: Where is your factory located?
A: Located in Km25- Phu Nghia IZ- Chuong My Dis- Hanoi- Vietnam.
2. Q: Supply samples? how I can pay for samples delivery and how many days to get samples?
A: Surely, we offer you free samples ( 3 pcs). pls suggest us your courrier for samples sending or we can support you to send as long as you pay us and we pay for courrier to send you samples. the samples time is about maximum is 7 days.
3. Q: Do you accept customer's own branch name?
A: yes, we do, and you can have your own hang tag , just send us your print proof and we do the rest.
4. Q: What is the lead time?
A: We support 7 days ( for order quantities under 500 pcs ) since we receive your 40% deposit.
and 45-60 for 20'DC or 40' container .
5. Q: What are your payment terms?
A: Normally, we receive 40% deposit from customer to start order, the balance will be paied against bill of lading. the L/C at sight is ok, and small quanity order we accept to pay through paypal.
