Q1: How to place an order by this item? A1: Because the RH & LH driving will be different from the console design, we cannot get the same car from Taiwan, our RD team needs to go to your country and you have to prepare a car, some equipment and tools for development. The details will be offered after confirming all matters.
Q2. How to deal with a lost key accident? Is it available to copy the backup key at the general key store? A2. This product uses a special patented lock cylinder structure and high rigidity to prevent damage, so it is hard for professional blacksmiths to crack and decipher. As a result, the key cannot be copied in general key stores. If the key lost, please call Customer Service Hotline (080-080-0101), we will offer special assistance or contact your local agency service. NOTE: It is not a warranty when the cylinder is broken by wrong duplicate keys from other stores.

Q8. How to maintain the gearshift lock?
A8. We suggest customers use the lubricant (ex: WD-40) to clean keyhole, insert keys and rotary repeats to make the cylinder inner smooth. If it is a Rotary Lock, to begin with, you should take the rubber out, after maintenance, use the alcohol swab or cleaning naphtha to clean cylinder surface then put the rubber on the cylinder.
