1. Application:

This machine is suitable for heat cutting and side sealing printed or without printed plastic film (OPP, PP, PE), it is a kind of ideal equpent for making garment bag, towel bag, bread bag and comestic bag, etc

 

2. Feature:

1) The whole machine adopts microcomputer control and step motor (option: Servo motor YASKAWA brand)

2) With the functions: length positioning, feeding material with photocell tracking, automatic stop when no material.

3) Put adhesive tape and punching autoamticly in same process.

4) Heat side sealing, automatic digital control temperature, making firm and smooth side sealing bag.

5) Tube film edge cutting, bag top flap folding, botton insert, heat pressing.

6) Ultrasonic device and pearlized film inserting function

7) Machine any size and more requirement could be customed.
