Step 1 : | When receive customer's complaint, collecting complete information and advising relevant sections to deal with. |
Step 2 : | Check " Record of Quality " which made during production process. Inspecting retained samples to understand the situation of customer's complaint, then reporting inspection result to Supervisor. |
Step 3 : | Discuss with related sections for improving the quality and offering reasonable compensation. |
Step 4 : | Reporting our resolution to customer and getting customer's approval. Asking related sections to improve quality and executing granted compensation. |
