1.What is the payment method ?
Q: The payment can be T/T, L/C transaction,Western Union,Paypal,Trade Assurance,Visa, Master Card, E-checking.

Q: All of our LED diodes are customized. If we have stock material, it takes 3-4 business days below 200,000 piece of order quantity and 7-8 business days if order quantity is over 200,000 piece.

3.What’s the warranty terms for the products ?
Q:For every product sold, we support 12 months manufacturer’s limited Warranty. Accessories come with 3 months warranty.

4.Could we get free samples so that i could see and analyze its quality ?
Q:Yes. We can send 20-30 pieces of free LED diode samples and 1 or 2 piece of free samples for your testing. Customer undertakes the courier cost. For finished or semi finished products.

5.How can we get fast quotation ?
Q:In order we can offer you correct and fast quotation , please send us details including wavelength, brightness, viewing angle, voltage, power and order quantity for LED diode.

6.How much will the express delivery cost ?
