Tablet Coating System delivers completely controlled solution via spray guns to tablet surface. Machine designed to enable Manual or PLC based control system.The Inlet and Exhaust Air Handling Systems are integral part of Coatings Systems. As Tablet Coating becomes increasingly sophisticated, controlling air temperature, humidity and cleanliness within the Coating Machine is critical. Loading System


Salient Features
Pan
Perforated cylindrical pan with conical frustums at both ends. The front frustum is provided with a manhole sized mouth for loading/unloading of pan. The rear frustum is provided with a welded pad for mounting the drive shaft. The two conical frustums are also provided with 3 nos. each bolted, removable baffles.
Drive
The pan is provided with a mechanically variable speed drive arrangement through a motor, gear box and spur drive assembly. The variable speed is achieved through a cone pulley arrangement The pan is mounted on sturdy Plummer blocks at the back, in cantilever. Motors and electrical will be TEFC non ex proof construction (Ex proof can be offered as an option). suitable for 3 phase, 410 volts, 50 Hz. (Optionally other specification can be supplied)

Air Velocity Measurement: Measurement of Air velocity via air velocity measurement sensor will be installed near the material processing chamber to achieve maximum process yield and to achieve maximum process accuracy, Air velocity sensor is capable of handling high temperature thermal drift.
Inlet Air Humidity Measurement: Measurement of Inlet Air Humidity via humidity measurement sensor will be installed near the material processing chamber to achieve maximum process yield and to achieve maximum process accuracy, Humidity sensor is capable of handling high temperature thermal drift.
Connectivity of SCADA System: Connectivity to SCADA System for third party interface or to connect the equipment on Central Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition System via RS 232 DF1 or Modbus or Ethernet connectivity. End user has to decide the connectivity option while ordering the Equipment.
