Lipidomarin dietary supplement

     LLC Biopolis was created by the staff of Institute of biology of the sea of A.V. Zhirmunsky of the FEB RAS (nowadays – "National scientific center of sea biology" the FEB RAS, //www.febras.ru/) in 2010 for promotion of innovative projects at a processing of fish and receiving from the Far East sea raw materials of biologically active agents. In 2012 IBM FEB RAS was among cofounders of firm (according to federal law No. 217-FZ of August 02, 2009 on a possibility of participation of Institutes of RAS in small enterprises with innovative activity), having provided for researches the technological areas – the Experimental and technological site of Institute.

        Well knowing requirements of the fish processing industry, staff of the enterprise, since 2010, directed the main researches to development of technology of complex waste-free processing of the Far East hydrobionts and the fats received at this processing. The problem of shortage of qualitative fish fats is particularly acute for consumers in Russia – for the population of the country (a preventive product at cardiovascular diseases, a source an omega-3 of fatty acids) and agriculture (addition in a forage to the cattle for rapid growth). According to the experts total demand of Russia for fish fat is about 50-60 thousand tons a year.

     Special attention was also paid to not used interiors of mass trade Far East squids. As it appeared, lipids of their liver contain substances, very important for health of the human. The program which step-by-step implementation allowed to develop new technology of release of active agents and to offer the market something new – dietary supplement - Lipidomarin which analogs are absent also in Russia and abroad was developed. Dietary supplement significantly raises a hematopoiesis and exerts positive impact on nervous cells of a brain and can be used by the sick and healthy person as all-strengthening and preventive, and at some serious pathologies, such as neurodegenerate diseases, including Alzheimer's disease, or when carrying out courses of radio - and chemotherapy in a complex with the main treatment.

     In 2012-2014 at the enterprise the complex of technological works on installation of the line developed by LLC Biopolis of production of dietary supplement on the basis of fat of a komandorsky squid was carried out. In 2013 the first experimental production of dietary supplement of Lipidomarin was made.

Dietary supplement is certified for sale in the EURASEC countries.
- The enterprise is engaged also in development of technologies of receiving polynonsaturated fatty acids and their derivatives, along with other sea lipids, testing of their biological properties and a possibility of application of new compositions for improvement of health of the person.
