1.Specification:

 

1.Quality	As per sample agreed
2. Moisture content	14.0% max
3. Broken kernel (total)	25.0% max
4. Paddy mixed	1 kernel per 10 kg max
5. Chalky kernels	10.0% maximum
8. Milling degree	Well milled
9. Color	White or creamy
10. Foreign material	0.1% max, excluding any glass, metal, stone, soil, rodent excreta, bird dropping, live or dead insects

 

Note:

- Item No. 10: Excluding any stone, glass, stone: Among 200kg of white rice found only 01 or 02 object (small round stone) can be considered as “excluding any stone”.

 

2. Inspection: The shipper inspection is of final value at loading port 

 

3. Packing: 

- In plastic pack of 250 grams, 1kg, 2.5 kgs, 5kgs or in new single Polypropylene bags weighing 25.0 kg net each.

- Buyer can requests other kinds of packing style. 

- The bags of rice can be stuffed at total 25MT into one 20ft container.

 

4. Payment:

- 30% at order by T/T in advance, 70% remaining payment by T/T right after receiving the copy of B/L by fax or email.

- Or 30% of total contract amount shall be paid by T/T remittance as soon as contract signed, 70% of total contract amount shall be paid by irrevocable L/C.

 

5. Shipment time: within 12 days upon receipt of Buyers' Deposit or L/C.

 

6. Documents for payment: As per the requirement of destination.

In common, they are:

(2) Packing List	(6) Fumigation Certificate
(3) Bill of Lading	(7) Phytosanitary Certificate
(4) Cert. of Quantity, Weight and Quality	(8) Insurance Policy (if CIF)
