Activited bleaching earth is powder clay,made from bentonite material, also called activited clay,activited fuller earth is a fine,light color powder with a highly porous inner structure and a numbers of acid sites on its surface.

1. Name: ACTIVATED BLEACHING EARTH
2. Molecular formula: AL2O3 4SiO2 nH2O
3. Solubility:insoluble in water, organic solvents and various oils and is almost completely soluble in hot caustic soda and hydrochloric acid.

Specs:

Activited bleaching earth is mainly used for:

1. Used for decoloring, refining and purifying industrial oil, such as lubricating oil, diesel oil, paraffin wax, gasoline, grease, kerosene, white oil,vaseline, etc.
2. Used for recycling and regeneration of industrial waste oil,such as machine oil, lubricating oil,used engine oil, etc.
3. Decoloration and refinement of edible animal and vegetable oil like Cottonseed oil , Soyabean oil, Sunflower oil, Rapeseed oil, Mustard oil , Peanut oil , Coconut oil , Corn oil , Olive oil, Ricebran oil , Palm oil, Palm-kernel oil, Linseed oil , Castor oil , Jajoba & Canola oils.
4. Decoloration and refinement of Paraffin wax, Soap.
5. Separation of olefin in arene and alkene, petroleum schizolysis, polymerization and catalysis of olefin.

How to use Activated Bleaching Earth:

1.According to the content of impurities and thickness, ass proper activated bleaching earth, general usage 2% for oil heavy.

2.Gasoline and diesel generally don't need to heat, but sticky oil need to be heated, such as vaseline, engine oil, open fire and steam is available. Generally heating to 105℃-110℃, reaction kettle in iron and add white earth in advanca, can prevent oxidation of oil or composite.

Method of use:

Firstly, take 100ML oil, weighing about 2g activated clay, adding slowly by spoon and stiring, fully precipitation, until reaching for treatment of oil requirement, finally draw activated clay dosage, And then put into production, right amount of white earth into large container, and then press the front of the proportion of the oil that include uniform mixing (when necessary add heating kettle, heat diluted in about 30 minutes or so) , wait for after cooling precipitation, filter press with pressure filter.

Note:
The activated clay began to lose gesso when temperature above 300℃,make the structure change of decolorization have influence.The surface is very easy absorption of moisture,the water is high also influence decoloring effect ,and the catalytic performance.Pay attention to prevent rain,moist,should be stored in ventilated dry place.
