Introduction:
Xinwei S600C automatic rigid box making machine is the best equipment to make top grade rigid box, such as shoes box, shirt box, jewelry box, gift box and other luxurious paper boxes. And its two box wrapping double the production capacity.
1. Hot melt glue cycle, mix and control the viscosity automatically.
2. The glue is coated evenly. The thickness is adjusted by mechanical tuning mechnism.
3. Using photoelectric hydraulic pneumatic mechanism improve precision.
4. Automatic collecting box forming part adopt guide rod, improving precision.
5. Forming and folding mechanism adopts mechanical and electrical pneumatic to solve the whole folding ear problem and middle folding ear problem.
6. Forming and folding mechanism adopts mechanical and pneumatic together to achieve full fold into the high-end 100mm.
7. After the box forming, we changed the mechanical mechnism to achieve twice bubble pressing.
