Saghai Falah is cultivated in Riyadh and has a crisp texture.
The Saghai dates are light yellow to brown color. Although the texture may appear to be wrinkled, but they never flake.
Storage
Display the item in refrigerator. if the item exist outside the refrigerator for example at room temperature. its fine but wont be in a good condition for very long time.
When the consumer buy it and put it outside refrigerator to eat it and consume it within a month or two, its fine. but if you are a distributor. ensure to display it at refrigerator to preserve the quality for long time.
