High Strength and Adhesion Non Shrinking Rapid Setting Grout Mortar

• Raising, repairing and assembling of sewer hatches,

• In assembly of prefabricated concrete building elements, in heavy machine bases,

• In repairs of concrete exposed to traffic, and when traffic sign boards are sewn,

• Used to fill concrete cracks and cavities.

Properties:

• Gains fast resistance. Viscous. Easy to apply.

• High compressive strength. Excellent adhesion to concrete and iron.

• Can be opened to normal traffic load after 1 hour.

Surface Treatment:

• The surface must be clean, dry, smooth and solid.

• Particles hampering adhesion like dirt, oil and paint must be removed from the surface.

• GROUT RPD must be careful to ensure that the moulds to be applied are solid and free from gaps and must be repaired.
