What Are They?

 

Thermal Spray, also known as Plasma Spray, is a coating process in which thermally molten material is sprayed by a nozzle onto a target substrate creating a wear-resistant surface.

The Production Process      

  

 1) Purchase material.    

 2)Processing:To ensure that the coating thickness and size requirements, we need to reserve the size of  coating, pre-cut. 

 3) Rubbing    : After pre-cut,Rub the burrs and marks.    

 4) Sand coating:Go gray, impurities, surface roughening.     

 5) The thermal spraying (WC –Metal ceramic hot spraying).     

 6) Cooling down    

 7) Granding:According to the customer size requirements and precision.  

 8) Polishing.    

 9) Inspection (packing and ship the goods after inspection).
