1. Are you factory or trading company?
Starsky is a factory established in 1997, we specialized in car bicycle holders for cellphone /GPS and tablet PC, cigarette lighter, wireless charger, lazy holder . We are have professional sale team who can provide you best service.

2. What is MOQ?
Starsky can supply OEM, MOQ is 100pcs for cellphone holders, welcome to inquiry us more details.

3. Can I order if quantity less than MOQ?
Yes, it would be taken as sample order to production. We take more serious on sample order.

4. Can I get Free Samples?
Yes, we can supply free samples.

5. Can I order with my logo printing, size and shape?
Yes, of course . We do OEM. And the original artwork prefer in Abode Illustrator, PDF, CDR9 or CDRX4. In PSD is ok, DPI should over 300.

6. What is your lead time?
With 2 brands Germany Heidelberg full color offset printing machine, 3 chip-flipping production lines, we can do monthly output 30000pcs per day for holders.

7. How Can I Pay? PayPal acceptable?
Please pay us by TT to our company bank or Western Union.
Credit card pay to our company bank is ok.
L/C is welcomed.
As we do OEM, PayPal can do for special case.

8. How about the Package? If they card stand for long way shipment?
Our products would be package in a hard cardboard box first, then in a 3 layers carton and it will be fixed tightly, even shipment by sea is no problem.

9. What's your guaranty?
Half of years guaranty would be sure. And please test the goods within 2-3 weeks, any un-work cards would be replaced at once.

10. Do you have ISO9001:2008 certification?
Yes, we have. Since 2011, every year Starsky can pass the audit by ISO organization. Quality control or production and factory management would be sure.
