Product Description

DRZ-300 / FLEX TILE GROUT 1-6 MM CG1 (5 kg)

Cement based tile grout (joint filler) of coatings for tiles, ceramics, glass mosaics, marble and granite etc.

Intended Uses:

• Interior & exterior, horizontal and vertical applications,
• Used to fill ceramic, tile, marble and granite joints adhered to existing surfaces.

Properties:

• Easy to use. Desired consistency can be achieved by mixing with water.
• Leaves no scratches on surface.
• Resistant to impact and vibration.
• Provides smooth surface.
• For joints up to 6 mm wide.
• Resistant to freeze-thaw cycle.

Surface Treatment:

• The surface must be clean, dry, smooth and solid.
• Particles hampering adhesion like dirt, oil and paint must be removed from the surface.
• Before grouting, wait until the adhesive has completely set.
• The joint should be completely free from residues that may prevent adhesion. The depth between the joints should be at least 2/3 of the ceramic thickness.
• When using materials with high coating absorbance, while applying in hot and windy weather, the joints should be moistened with clean water.
