General Information
SOMAFIX PU Liquid Nail is onepart, solvent-free, moisture curing polyurethane based construction adhesive with outstanding resistance to water, temperatures, weathering and ageing conditions. Specially designed for high mechanical resistance in assembly and outdoor applications for wood-working, building & construction and joinery. •Thixotropic. •Nonsag adhesive. •Solvent free. •Non-corrosive. •Can be sanded and overpainted . •Odourless. •Wide range of applications. •Fast curing and extremely high bond strength.
Application: Powerful bonding of wood and derived wood products; chipboard, plywood, staircase renovation. Chemical anchorage in building construction; aluminium, stainless steel, galvanised steel, copper. Bonding of: Corner connections in metal door, windows and facades as well as conservatories. - Stone, natural stone, brick and ceramics. - Synthetic materials; PVC, fibre reinforced plastics etc. - Insulating materials including expanded polystyrene and polyurethane sheets - Fire proof panels (fibreboard, plasterboard etc.)
Directions for Use: •Make sure the surface to be applied is dry and clean, free of dust and grease.
Safety: Keep away from reach of children. Avoid contact with eyes. Prolonged exposure to vapors may harm respiratory system. Store in a cool and dry place.
