Step 1: All of our agarwood products are created on 10-15-year-old Aquilaria crassna plants. These Plants are derived from natural forest, then propagated, planted on the farms. Agarwood formation is 3-5 years old then micro probiotic stimulator producing.

Step 2: We also test the quality of raw materials (agarwood chips) every month then harvesting the raw materials in the materials areas and transporting them to our factory in Van Gia, Van Ninh, Khanh Hoa.

Steps 3: After 4-5 years cutting down into smaller chunks.

Step 4: In the factory, the raw materials are sorted and we also remove the wood layer which are not agarwood.

Step 5: The raw materials (agarwood chips) are ground into agarwood powder.

Step 6: To make the incense cone, the workman mixes the agarwood powder with little water and Litsea Glutinosa Powder with the formula calculated.

Step 7: Next step, the mixture is placed into the composer machine to turn into a small block of powder.

Step 8: Then, we knead the mixture after the transfer into a small block.

Step 9: Put them into the chassis suitable for each type of incense cone.

Step 10: The incense cones are dried outside in 3 days to reduce the odour of the glue.

Step 11: After 3 days, they are put into the heating room to incubate about 2 months or more.

Step 12: After testing the product, if the quality is satisfactory, we package them and transport the finished product to our agency.
