   Our MOQ differs from 50pcs to 100pcs each size per different designs.

2. Do you offer custom jewelry?

    Surely we do because we are manufacturer. OEM & ODM is highly welcome.

3. What’s the turnaround time/lead time for sample order?

    For our stock designs, 1-3days. For custom designs, 15-25days.

4. What’s the turnaround time/lead time for mass production?

    20-25days normally. 25-35days during busy time. For large QTY, pls check with us.

5. Can we engrave/laser our logo on the jewelry?

    Yes.

6. The item I received is broken ,what should I do?

    Every piece of jewelry is thoroughly inspected before being packed and is carefully packed before we ship it. But during the shipping, the package may be handled roughly. We will do our best to label the package appropriately to avoid any damage. Please contact us with picture of the damages and we will help you to resolve this issue.

7. What is your jewelry made of? Do they tarnish?

    Most of them are made of 316/304 stainless steel that will never tarnish. But we also make titanium, tungsten, brass and sterling silver jewelry. Pls check the specific details of each piece.
