1. What bag styles do you offer?
We offer a range of bag styles depending on the client's requirement. These span the promotional, packaging, and retail space. There are no 'standard' bags as such. Each bag is designed as per client requirement. We are happy to share examples and have an open-ended discussion, to help you figure it out.

2. What is your typical sampling time?
- For unprinted bags, we turn around samples in 48 hours from request
- For printed samples, this can take up to a week to send out
3. Do you charge for samples?
-For unprinted samples, we do not charge sampling fees, assuming that we are using fabric from our existing stock.
- For printed samples, the charges vary depending on the size and number of colours.
This charge is generally fully refundable against final order, if there is no change in requirement.
Samples are sent on client’s courier account (FedEx etc). Alternatively, we can also send the samples using our FedEx account, for a nominal fee of $30 - $50, payable via Paypal
