660V steel wire armor shielded soft PVC power cable 

PVC insulated cable is mainly used for alternating rated voltage as U0/U 0.6,1KV or below transmission and transformation lines 

 

FEATURES: 
1) AL or Cu conductor, PVC insulated, PVC or PE sheathed cable; 
2) Al or Cu conductor, PVC insulated, steel wire or steel tape amour, PVC or PE sheathed cable; 
Note: We can also produce this kind of cables with flame-retardant, Fire-resistant, anti-termite, low smoke and non-halogen cables, respectively according to the requirements of customers.

 

CHARACTERISTICS 

PVC insulated PVC sheathed power cable has the advantages of not only good electrical properties and chemical stability,

 but also simple construction and convenient to use. It applies to electrical power transmission and distribution lines with A.C. rate voltage U0/U up to and including 0.6/1 kilovolts.

APPLICATIONS

(1) Rated voltage U0/U is 450/750 kilovolts.

(2) Maximum rated temperature of cable conductor is 70°C.

(3) Maximum conductor temperature is lower than 160°C when cable is shorted for less than 5 seconds.

(4) Ambient temperature is not lower than 0°C and its minimum bending radius is as follows when cable is installed 

 

STANDARDS

The cable is manufactured in accordance with the standards of GB/T12706-2002. It can also be produced according to special requirements put forward by clients.
