Features

 

1. It is blind rivet machine of blind rivet production line, composed of such automatic mechanisms as feeding, assembling, stopping when defective rivets and nails/mandrel, rivet vacancy or nail/mandrel vacancy are detected, a mal-functioning or a breakdown happened to the machine. 

 

2. To protect the motor from overload damage, the torque protection device is equipped, when the twisting force exceeds an applicable limit, the clutch automatically skid, and 5 seconds later the machine stops. 

 

3. The operating speed is adjustable by using variable frequency inverter so as to suit the production efficiency for different length of assembled blind rivets.
