This system is combined with PABX telephone network and company LAN network to form a huge data exchange network.

Need one data management server for this network, user can use standard computer as server ( however, we are sugest use special server to ensure data security),install MicroSoft SQL Server on that computer, then connect with PABX and computer via COM port, install this CTI software on other branch computer,and assign corresponding extension for each branch computer.
