This model machine is a combined with manual  paint mixer JY-30A and manual paint dispenser JY-20B

 

 

 

JY-30A rotating mixer:

2. Features:

1) Start self-checking program automatically before operation. In case of any abnormality, the controller will activate alarm through digital display and buzzer will sound.

2) Digital display will show the actual time set and time used, so that the operation may have exact mixing time idea for better result.

3) Easy moving or fixing of interior case support.

4) Automatic identifying size of the drum to offer adequate clamping power and rotating speed.

5) Automatic clamping and open setting, revolution and rotation may start synchronously during paint mixing.

6) Multi-grade intelligent timing inverter, adequate speed control ensures stable operation; Stopping automatically when the door is opened due to excellent safety and features.

 

The JY-20B manual dispenser:

Features:

1) Double-pump and double-gauge ensures stability of accuracy and repeatability.

Timer---- after adding this timer, machine will mix the colorants for some time automatically every several hours
