1 - Are u a manufacturer or trader? Can I visit factory?
Lingtong is a factory, which is based in Wujin District, Changzhou City, Jiangsu Province, near Shanghai. Yes, you can visit our factory , we can also arrange our driver to pick you up when you arrived in Changzhou City or Shanghai. It will take 2.5-3 hours drive from Shanghai airport to our factory.
2 - Does your factory have the design and development capabilities, we need the customized products?
The 25 R&D staffs in our Innovation Center (including design department and technician department), with over 10 years experience. Every year, we will launch several new products to make you take an advantage over other peers . What u want, what we can do. We can provide OEM / ODM service.
3 - What is the standard production time for each order?
We can finish order 5-15days, it depends on your quantity.
4 - Can I get free samples?
Yes, you can, but depends on which product, you should consult with our sales representative.
5 - What is the warranty period for your products?
All of our products are with 1 year quality warranty.
