A: T/T, L/C are available
B: 30% in advance, the balance will be against copy of BL.
4. Q: Samples:
A: Time for sample: If we have stock, we can send it ASAP, or it cost 10-15 days to make the sample after we receive the payment.
B: Sample fees will be refund after place order
5. Q: What service can you supply?
A：Free Design Service: If you have outlook design, we can make the contracture design for you depend on your requirement;
B: 1-to-1 Service: Once ordered, there will be a sale specially follow your order and send you pictures showing every production progress of your goods at your request;
C: Free Replacement Service :If non-human damage, we can replace the damage parts for you for free within our cooperation period.
