It can be safe operated under the light room of print copy of the film, and it's suitable for printing, dyeing, 

electronics and other industries to add dots and film reproduction.

 in the light room ( including the commonly used fluorescent tube ) for secure operation.

Safely lighting:                                                                                                   

Recommended incandescent light.

 

Unpack:                                                                                                               

>Film should be unsealed under incandescent lighting, when open the film, 

we should try to make the emulsion layer side down,

 in order to reduce light exposure time on the emulsion layer to increase their security.

 Unused film should be safe to save the original packaging.

>Film should be used with caution, to prevent friction, folding, grease 

and finger prints caused by damage to the film.

 

Exposure:                                                                                                             

Exposure light source with UV xenon lamp, iodine gallium lamp, etc. 

Due to the different light intensity of exposure, it subjects to testing to determine the exposure conditions.

 

Washing and processing:                                                                                  

Recommended AGFA chemicals or Huaguang chemicals.

Developing temperature: 20°C, 26°C-28°C, 30°C-32°C, 35°C-38°C

Developing time:        180-200s,  80-100s,    40-50s,       25-30s

 

Storage:                                                                                                                

Dry and cold preservation, storage temperature should not higher than 20°C,

 relative humidity should less than 65%, reduce the heat to save the life of the film.

Film needs to avoid radioactive or other hazardous substances by the invasion of corrosion.

 

Shelf-life:
