Combined wire drawing machine

This wire drawing machine is espcially for drawing ACS/Aluminum/Alloy wires. Machine type: AC frequency speed adjustable, PLC control, Fieldbus communication, user interface is tuning roller straight line wire drawing machine with touch screen.

Capstan

Inside of the capstan use narrow slit water cooling; outside of the capstan use wind cooling by fan. Capstan straight installation.

Die Box

This drawing box consist of 3 cavities, die, drawing powder, drawing oil. Drawing Die use open direct water-cooled. When draw ACS wire, use the dry drawing powder cavity； when draw Aluminum alloy wire, use the lubricant oil cavity. One machine has two functions.
