Description of Product:


ST-CVTQ series of single chamber high pressure gas quenching furnace consists of furnace body, vacuum system, water cooling system, gas inflation system, gas cooling system, electric control system and furnace outer material car etc. It is used for high pressure gas quenching of materials like high-speed steel, tool & mould steel, high temperature alloy, martensitic stainless steel, titanium alloy ,etc., and also for annealing magnetic material. It has special compacted inner furnace structure, with high-efficiency heat exchanger; it uses inside 360-degree nozzle all around cooling method and the highest gas quenching pressure can reach up to 1MPa. It is configured with optimization designed gas quenching system and electric control system and there is little deformation of components.
