The tofu mould is divided into three parts as bottom plate, middle frame and top plate. After the soymilk is heated, we will add some assitive into the soymilk and make it coagulated, then we put the coagulation into the tofu moulds

and lay the tofu moulds on the pressing machine, the pressing machine will press the coagulation and squeeze the water, at last, the tofu will be ok.

 

The size of tofu moulds can be designed according to the clients' reasonable requirements.
