1.The degasser is one of the necessary equipment in fruit juice or fruit tea production line.
2.It is mainly used for degassing the homogenized juice under vacuum condition and to prevent the juice from being oxidized and then to extend the storing period of the juice.
Design, Elements & Features
The main elements include vacuum pump, starter, gas/water separator, vacuum tank, observation lid & suction tube .
Gas volume is inversely proportional to pressure. The inside of vacuum tank is deflated by vacuum pump. The drilling fluid is sucked into rotating hollow shaft and thrown out through the window of shaft to wall of tank. By impact, gas bubble separator and turbulence with low pressure, gas bubbles surface from a fluid rapidly under pressure. The gas is evacuated & vented to safe place. The degassed mud is discharged into separate cabin under mud tank.
