1. Features and applications

 

UF1P-A series of products are powdery urea moulding compound, which are made by using urea formaldehyde resin as the base material, cellulose as the padding, and adding lubricant, curing agents, pigment and other additives.

 

UF1P-A series of products are translucent moulding compound, suitable for molding all kinds of buttons and translucent household appliances.

4. Product packaging and storage

 

Packaging: Plastic knitting bag with wet proof inner plastic. 25kg/bag, Kept in airy, dry and cool room.

Storage period: six months from the manufacturing date.

 

5. Delivery period and loading container

 

Usually, 1x20GP can load 20 MT, 800 bags. Total volume: 28 CBM, N.W.: 20000 KGS, G.W.: 20240 KGS.

Delivery period: powder material takes 2-3 days for 20 tons, granular material takes 3-5 days for 20 tons.
