Double series pipe clamps are used in 5 series of mechanical pressure pipes with an outer diameter of 6-42mm. Heavy duty pipe clamps are used in 8 series of high mechanical pressure pipes with an outer diameter of 8-273mm.
Assembling on the welded plate Before assembly,
in order to better determine the direction of the clamp, it is recommended to mark the fixed position first, then weld it, insert the lower part of the pipe body, and place the pipe to be fixed. Then put the other half of the tube body and cover and tighten with screws. Do not directly solder the bottom plate of the pipe clamp. Stack up the assembly, the guide rail can be welded on the foundation, or fixed with screws. First install the upper and lower half of the tube body, put the tube to be fixed and then put the upper half of the tube body, fix it with screws, and pass the anti-loose cover. Prevent it from turning.
Then install the second pipe clamp in the same way as above. When assembling the elbow, when assembling the elbow, it should be fixed directly at the front and rear of the elbow with the Yongsheng pipe clamp. It is recommended that such a support point be a fixed position.
