5-300kg high temperature metal vacuum melting furnace 

 

1.Application

This furnace is suitable for melting metal in vacuum by medium frequency induction heating principle, it is widely used for sophisticated alloy or high purity metal melting and casting in vacuum or protective gas.

 

2.Features

3. Equipment accessories

The equipment consists of furnace vessel, vacuum system, and electric control system, vacuum control system, IF heating system, pouring and casting system. This device is medium frequency induction heating melting equipment. The furnace has a spiral tube coil inside, when the coil through intermediate frequency current, the alternating magnetic field generated. The metal will melt in the magnetic field.

1.Furnace vessel

 

(1)Furnace is horizontal type or vertical type, single room with water cooling jacket structure and double open structure of furnace door. It adopts sandwich water jackets. The outer material of furnace is carbon steel plate/δ=6 to 8mm,innser is stainless steel plate δ=6mm, both ends of the flange made of stainless steel plate SUS304.Furnace inside is polished with better vacuum. There is observation hole, air inlet, vacuum interface, and electrical interface on furnace vessel.

(2) Vacuum chamber consists of induction coil, high temperature heat shield, high purity graphite liner, ceramics crucible and so on.

 

 

 

2. Vacuum unit system

The vacuum unit system consists of 3 sets vacuum system, 2H vacuum pump, Roots pump, KT ZJH oil diffusion pump.

Power control

(1) Vacuum system control include three pumps, it can work alone or work at the same time.
(2) In order to cooperate with the power control, the device is equipped with temperature control interface.

 

Vacuum control system

(1) Composite vacuum gauge measurement
(2) with interlocking automatic control functions of the vacuum unit, to ensure each vacuum pump work in the required vacuum.
