By the need from development of the industry, we specially get 0.8-4.2m Broad Cential Impression Multi-color Imprinters prepared, applied to materials of paper, plastic tarpaulins, films and non-woven cloths etc. Welcome to visit and consult.
WY series auto planetary flexography press is made up of 4 kinds of machine including
unwinder, printer, cutter and rewinder. It is suitable to print on tube bags
of woven material, film-laminating material and plastic-paper material, or print
on broad width of plastic tarpaulin, paper, film and non-woven cloth with the
following features:
1) Printing length is free set by PLC on operator-computer-interface
2) Change of printing length needn't replace print-plate cylinder
3) Best clarity and accurate registration
4) Equipped with a photo mark sensor for auto check and trace
5) Cloth is fed horizontally without tension to improve printing accuracy
6) Print-plate cylinder, embossing roller is pneumatic on/off
7) Number of print color on dual surface more than 4+4 or 5+5
8) Online registration is controlled by motor
9) Photostatic print in hi-speed, good quality and low cost
