High quality dry ramming mass dry vibration mix

Lining material is special refractoriness used in frequency coreless induction furnace.it is acidic material, it also called furnace knotted material, dry vibrating material, ramming material. It is characterized by high purity raw materials, reasonable distribution, and thermal shock resistance. 

Characteristics:

This is a young generation of induction furnace bottom which is made with bricks.Add quality addition composite sintering agent and enhancer to selected raw material.

1.Easy to install, low cost to maintain.2.No need to heat or add water.

Compact the material to the shape of the bottom and wall of the furnace, free from the size of the furnace.

The life of the furnace which using this material to compact its bottom is up several times than which is build with bricks.
