Description

ZX series filter with self-cleaning filtering core is a fine filtration equipment of high efficiency, energy conservation and sealed operation. It consists of filtration tank, filtering core, dump machinery and covering structure. The filtering cover is the major operating component of the filter, which is composed of outer filtering bag and inner filtering pipe, and its center is the filtration liquid passage. The upper filtering core is the liquid collecting cavity and the upper part is the joint of core and collecting pipe.

It is characterized by full sealed filtration and no leakage or environmental pollution. The filtering core equipment adopts the composite structure, with wide application and good filtering effects, thus it can achieve one-time full filtration. The filtering cake can be cleaned and dried, so as to obtain the largest economic returns. It adopts the gas anti-blowing to discharge the residues, with rapid and clean dumping. It is applicable to many adhesive materials and the entire filtering process is fully automatic.

It is widely used in the filtering and absorbing of sugar industry, fine chemical, plastic, fuel, electroplating, grease, lubricating oil, chlorine and alkali industry, and pharmaceutical industry, as well as the recycling of noble metal catalyst and zeolite.
