Product Overview

Description

Steel cementitious raised floor panel is made of quality steel plate, which is stretched forming, point welded and plastic sprayed with bubble cement filler filled in its inner cavity. The fire-resistant decoration plates that can endure high temperature adhere to its surface with conductive chips embedded around it. The pedestals and cross beams are wholly plated with zinc and the height of pedestals is adjustable and can be self-locked.

What is High Pressure Laminate?

 

 

 

Designed Specifically for Raised Access Floors in Conjunction with Laminate Technologies.

 

 

 

High pressure plastic laminate is used in 90% of all computer room applications, and is the largest product used on factory laminated floor finishes.  Laminate is a one piece tile (24" x 24" / 600mm x600mm / 610mm x610mm) and unlike vinyl, will provide a uniform finish with no joints.  HPL has the advantage of not requiring wax or maintenance that could produce static problems in the data center.
