1. Temperature Class: 130/155/180/200/220 centigrade

2. Performance features: It is easier to make coil from copper clad aluminum enameled wire than other enameled wires. Because there is hard oxide film on the its surface, the temperature of heat-resistance is 20 higher than that of copper and insulation effect is excellent, and have a long life range. The biggest advantage is that its weight is 3 times lighter than that of copper so that the production cost can be decreased greatly. It can be soldered directly.

3. Main applications:

This kind of copper clad aluminum enameled wire can be used to make winding wire demanding light material, high electricity conductivity and good heat dispersing performance, especially for the winding wire for transferring high frequency signal, such household appliances as degaussing coil, high frequency transformer, common transformer and small electric motor.
