we mainly produce bonnell sprng ,pocket spring ,spring steel wire for mattress ,we have our own factory ,there about 18 SX-80i HUAJIAN coil spring machinry ,12 SX-200 HUAJIAN assembling machinery ,2 fully transfer line for bonnell spring .3 LIANROU pcket spring machinery,and 1 fully automatic transfer line for pocket spring .

   We produce 2000 piececs of bonnell spring unit per day ,20ton of bonnell spring ,and 100 tons spring steel wire ,200 piece of pocket spring daily.We can ship the goods within 25 days after received your advanced payment

 

 

 

As to the bonnell spring

 

(1)the wire diamete,2.1mm,2.2mm,2.3mm

 

(2)the height:120mm-180mm

 

(3)the wire diameter of the border frame:4.0mm or 4.2mm or 4.8mm or 5.0mm.

 

3.We will compelete produce according to customer's request.

 

4.Our products are exported to all over the world, such as the Australia,England,India,Singapore.

 

5.until now ,we have about 18 SX-80i huajian spring coil machinery ,and 12 SX-200 assembling machinery ,we do have the supply ability ,we can produce 17 tons /day of spring coil ,and 1500 piece bonnell spring unit per day.

 

 6.we usually attend the fair in Canton and shanghai ,and we are going to enlarge our market domestic and abroad .
