2. Q: Where is your factory located? How can I visit there? 
A: Our factory is located in Quanzhou City, Fujian Province, China, near to Xiamen which is the most suitable and comfortable place for living. You can fly to Xiamen airport or to Jinjiang airport. We will pick you up at the airport for visiting.

 
3. Q: What is the raw material of your products?
A: As general, the raw material of steel code is Q235. Others are also available.

 
4. Q: What is the term of payment? 
A: As general, 30% T/T down payment and balance payment against copy of BL.
 
5. Q: What is delivery times
A: It depends on the order quantity and racking types. In general, usually, for the first order, we need about 25 days and will be faster for
 
6. Q: Which port will be used as a loading port?
A: XIAMEN port, the closest port to us, is recommended strongly as loading

 port. 

 
 
7. Q: May I know the status of my order?
A: Yes. We will send you information and photos at the different production stages

of your order. You will get the latest information in time.
 
8. Q: Are samples available?
A: Yes. Short sections of samples could be provided, they are free of charge, but international freight costs shall be borne by clients.
