A: Yes, we can send samples to test and check quality, samples free of charge if no special colors or printings request, but freight have to be paid in collect.

A: Sample needs 7-10 days, mass production time needs 30-45 days for order qty less than 20 000pcs. 

Q3. Do you have any MOQ request for customized order?

A: yes, if request the package in your colors or printing design, moq need 12 000pcs

Q4. How to proceed an order?

A:

Firstly let us know your details color finished and printing request.
Secondly We quote the price according to your request, if it is ok we will make the samples for    your confirmation.
Thirdly customer confirms the samples, places order and arrange the deposit payment.
Fourthly We arrange the production.

Q5. Is it OK to print my logo on product?

A: Yes. Please send the printing artwork to us to check before start the samples produced.

Q6: Do you offer guarantee for the products?

A: Yes, we offer 3 Month warranty to our products.

Q7: How to deal with the faulty?

A: Our products are produced in strict quality control system and the defective rate will be very low, less than 0.5%, before shipment, we do 100% inspection before packing.
