Description

PTC heating elements for Hair Curler

The design is electrode plates sandwiching several PTC thermistors and wrapped with insulation films, and the heat generated by PTC thermistor can be transferred directly to the surface. Each product is design to reach a determined temperature point, The insulation film ends can be open and sealed by hot shrinkage. Different exterior shapes can be tailor made according to customer request.

1)After switching on, the power is large, and then decrease, finally it become steady state. The steady state power changes with applied conditions. Faster is the heat conduction, higher is the steady state power; higher is the surface temperature, higher is the power.

2)The surface temperature of this kind PTC heater  can be controlled by itself, control circuit may be omitted in most appliances.
3)Our PTC products are high reliable, long lifetime, but if they are assembled improperly, the power or temperature may be instable.
4)Parallel connection is necessary for two or more solar water heater element connection
