1000W-3000W PTC heating elements for air conditioner
The hot pump working in cold and warm air-conditioner needs a magnetic four-way change valve to finish the switching of the cooling and warming cycles. However, the magnetic four-way valve and its auxiliary capillary is delicate and easy to be leakage. Used below 0 °C ,it tends to be frosted, and the vaporizer can not absorb enough heat from the outside air to gasify the coolant, thus the working efficiency of hot pump is affected ,heating generation is reduced. PTC heating element for air conditioner makes the product perfect with the advantages of rapid temperature rising, long working life, auto-temperature control, etc. Jinke is now working closely with famous air conditioner manufacturers in domestic China and abroad ,the heating element have been adopted to window type air conditioner , separate type, and also cabinet type of air conditioners

1)After switching on, the power is large, and then decrease, finally it become steady state. The steady state power changes with applied conditions. Faster is the heat conduction, higher is the steady state power; higher is the surface temperature, higher is the power.
2)The surface temperature of this kind ceramic ptc heater can be controlled by itself, control circuit may be omitted in most appliances.
3)Our PTC products are high reliable, long lifetime, but if they are assembled improperly, the power or temperature may be instable.
