MAIN HARDWARES

Easy Installation

 

 

Unique dry-hanging installation can lower the cost of the whole curtain wall system as well as increase firmness.

 

1. Measurement & line laying

 

Take a theodolite or level to mark the horizontal and vertical lines for supporting poles.

 

2. Columns  Installation 

 

Secure columns on the main structure with brackets and stainless stell bolts, adjust the verticality of the supporting columns.

 

3.  Brackets/Supporting Rails Installation

 

Secure them on the columns with stainless steel bolts/screws, adjust the verticality and horizontality of the columns.

 

4. Terracotta Panels Installation

 

1) Apply the adhesive tapes on supporting rails or columns as the joint pieces.

 

2) Position terracotta panels and clips, adjust the verticality and horizontality of the terracotta panels by clips.

 

3) Fix panels from bottom up to finish the installation.

 

5.Sealant Application

 

There is no need to apply sealant for open system, while for closed system is necessary to do so in the vertical and horizontal joints of terracotta panels.

 

6. Curtain Wall Cleanup  

 

Cleanse the installed terracotta panels with water.

 

 

 

Packing

 

1) Net weight: 31kgs/sqm for 18 mm thickness

                         42kgs/sqm for 30 mm thickness

 

2)Loading: 600-700sqm/19-22tons/20’container for 18mm thickness
