The compressor is designed adopt the structure of hydraulic double-acting reciprocating, and configure the piston position sensing system. Use of motor as the driven, through an integrated system for reversing direction, to push piston’s movement from back and forth, to compress natural gas.

Our program is designed as a low-pressure gas trailer, gas cylinders as the medium-pressure, the export pipeline of compressor as a high-pressure, through the PLC control system to achieve to fill the car with gas. Because the compressor can often start, gas cylinders can be set only as auxiliary equipment, you can configure a smaller volume of gas equipment, saving the cost of station construction. Of course, you can use a larger volume of gas storage facilities. In this case, the compressor can achieve the high-pressure gas within the gas storage equipment, re-pressurized by the compressor directly to the vehicle cylinder filling. Effective utilization of gas equipment can reach 90%.
