ZF-2500 Longitudinal Seam Welding Lathe weld smart welder 

 

Introduction

ZF-2500 Longitudinal Seam Welder is one of the standard product with hold down finger-type clamping device to provide consistent clamping force and chilling of workpiece,and absorb and dissipate additional heat from the workpiece. This design can make sure weld free from melt-through, shrinkage and distortion. It is designed to weld all weldable materials such as stainless steel, carbon steel, heat resisting alloy, titanium alloy. For application to form the material into a desired shape such as flat sheets, round tube, cone open ended cone and open ended box. It can be assembled with power supply and torch in application for TIG, MIG/MAG, PAW, SAW welding processes.

 

Welding process:

  It is mainly designed to weld thin plate workpiece and can be applied for TIG (with filler) welding process. Special design to minimize shrinkage and distortion of workpiece.

 

Features

1.The lathe is composed of mainframe, pneumatic finger-type clamping device, side beam, mandrel, electrical retractor, pneumatic torch elevator, 3D torch adjustment device, gas hoses and electrical control system.

4.Finger-type clamping device and copper back-up bar provide even pressure and form seam back.

5.Torch starting position can be adjusted by 2D adjustment.

6.The distance between mandrel and finger-type clamping device is adjustable.
